Carissa's Bio
Hello fellow students,
My name is Carissa Vanek, this is my second quarter at The Art Institute. I'm studying baking and pastry chef. I was born in Santa Cruz, CA and moved to Sacramento, CA in 1989 after the October 17, 1989 earthquake. Lived all around the Sacramento area. I have two children whom are my life! My daughter will be 3 in July and my son is 14 months. I don't really have a lot of free time and when I'm not in school I usually have my kids, or if they're with their dad I'm cleaning and doing housework, I'm going to be starting over at ARC in June for my general ed, so I'll be going to two schools!
Some of my facts about me; my favorite color is green, I'm a Christian, I listen to A LOT of Country music :) I do not judge people, my favorite place to eat is Cheesecake Factory, I want to own a bakery some day and in my opinion AI is an awesome school! I feel like everyone here is family and I'm blessed to be at a great school like this!
